The 16th arrondissement includes a particularly popular part of Paris. It is considered the greenest arrondissement and it is preferred by celebrities, singers and other public figures.

In 16th arrondissement stand out Palais de Chaillot with its enchanting gardens (Jardins du Trocadéro), offering a unique view of the Eiffel Tower, excellent museums, the stadiums taking place in the international tennis tournament Roland Garos , its football stadium Paris Saint-Germain (Parc des Princes) and the forest of Boulogne.

What to do in Paris 16? 🤷‍♂️

Palais de Chaillot (Métro: Trocadéro). The best spot for commemorative photos in Paris – against the backdrop of the wonderful Gardens of Trocadero and of course the Eiffel Tower. The Palace of Sagi is located in the seat of the Trocadero palace (Palais du Trocadéro) . The 1937, Trocadero Palace was demolished for the International Exhibition and was replaced by the Palace de Saijo, which today houses two museums, a navy and a museum of Ethnology and a theater.

Musée Marmottan, 2 rue Louis-Boilly (Métro: La Muette). Another gem museum in Paris. It includes Claude Monet’s largest collection of paintings in the world as well as works by Édouard Manet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Berthe Morisot, Gustave Caillebotte and Paul Gauguin.

Parc des Princes (Métro 9: Porte de Saint-Cloud) . The Paris Saint-Germain Stadium is a very impressive football stadium. Here is the heart of Paris every Sunday.

Bois de Boulogne (Métro Porte Maillot). The forest of Boulogne is a green oasis 8.500 km² which offers for walks, outdoor activities and relaxation. In the heart of the forest of Boulogne is an excellent botanical garden, the Bagatelle Park and in the wider area of the forest you will find 2 horserace , a children’s leisure park Jardin d’Acclimatation , cafes and one of the best restaurants in Paris Le Pré Catelan (route de Suresnes).

Palais de Tokyo (Métro 1: Iéna). It is presented as the largest center of contempary artistic creation in Europe.

Louis Vuitton Foundation (Métro 1: Les Sablons). An amazing art museum which is operated and sponsored by the group LVMH. If you have time and are interested in the contemporary art, then you should visit this museum.
