In the 6th arrondissement is the high society of Paris. Here you will find imposing buildings with distinctive architecture, art galleries, and chic downtown cafes.

MusĂ©e National EugĂšne Delacroix , 6 rue de FĂŒrstenberg (MĂ©tro: St-Germain-des-PrĂ©s or Mabillon). Museum dedicated to the great French impressionist painter Eugene Delacroix .
Jardin du Luxembourg (RER: Louxembourg) . The historic gardens of Luxembourg are an ideal destination for spring and summer walks. They occupy an area 25 hectares and within the park you will see over 100 statues . Inside the gardens there is also the famous Palace of Luxembourg (Palais du Louxembourg), whose story you can read here.

Place Saint-Michel (MĂ©tro: Saint-Michel). Saint-Michel is the opposite of the Ăle de la CitĂ© and is another picturesque square in the city center overlooking the impressive fountain of the same name. Traditionally it is a meeting point for the locals.
Pont Neuf (MĂ©tro: Pont Neuf) . Pont Neuf, which in free translation means New bridge is the oldest bridge in Paris and is the first bridge built entirely of stone that joined the banks of the Seine. Among others, it is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
